Dispute Resolution, Nonprofit Law, Employment Law and Education Law Expert: Kendall D. Isaac

“Kendall is the most responsive lawyer I know. Whether it's for contract negotiation, dispute resolution, or matters related to education law, I can count on him to be prompt and professional whenever I have a question or need guidance.” John, MA

How Kendall Helps

As a trained mediator and negotiator, Kendall Isaac possesses unique skills in dispute resolution, enabling him to resolve conflicts efficiently. And as a litigator, he takes the time to understand each client's case and needs and zealously advocates for their rights. When not representing individual clients, he is helping nonprofits make sound business decisions, negotiate contracts and grant agreements, and develop effective policies, procedures, and practices. He prides himself on being:

An Educator - taking time to help his clients understand the law

Responsive - when clients need him, he promptly responds

Determined - he is determined to get good outcomes for clients and believes in the I.D.E.A. that "If Determined...Excellence Awaits!"

How Kendall Grew

Kendall D. Isaac has served as general counsel for both public and private colleges and universities, where he has been instrumental in matters related to education law and nonprofit compliance. His extensive experience also includes roles as Board secretary, chief human resource officer, litigator, law professor, mediator, and arbitrator. These experiences, which include litigating both defense and plaintiff side employment law matters, have equipped him with the skills necessary for effective dispute resolution. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in rhetorical communications, Capital University Law School with a J.D. focused on labor and employment law, and Columbus State University with an Ed.D. in curriculum and leadership.

2 Corinthians 9:12: This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord's people but is also overflowing with many expressions of thanks to God.
